Limits of Identity Evidence
An external licensing claim would need evidence connecting the exact operator and domain to an independently checked authority record. Choose target distance zero through four before drawing; all matching numbers are highlighted, with no individual additions or removals. Example 12 gives 0001 and 0010, distance two; 69 gives 0110 and 1001, distance four. Number 00 has distance zero. This original demo uses no external feed, forecast or real draw schedule.

Starting deducts one captured stake and locks distance, stake and restoration until settlement. A match credits captured stake multiplied by96/N, including the original stake in the gross credit; do not add that stake again. A miss credits zero. There is no interim collection or second charge. Each result is independent of earlier draws.
